Get cloudrs.

Free and open source. Native on Windows, macOS and Linux, in about 11 MB.

Coming soon

The first build is almost out.

CI builds the installers for Windows, macOS and Linux on every version tag. Watch the repository's releases to get it the moment it is published, or build it from source today.

First launch

Not signed yet,
so your system asks.

This beta is not code-signed; signing comes with 0.1. Your system warns once, the first time you open it.

Windows

SmartScreen says Windows protected your PC. Choose More info, then Run anyway. The installer sets cloudrs up for your user, with a Start menu shortcut and an uninstaller.

macOS

Drag cloudrs to Applications. Gatekeeper stops apps from unidentified developers: right-click cloudrs, choose Open, then Open again. Or allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Linux

Make the AppImage executable and run it:

chmod +x cloudrs_*.AppImage
./cloudrs_*.AppImage

Or install the package:

sudo apt install ./cloudrs_*.deb

From source

Three commands
to your first track.

Stable Rust is all you need. On Linux, install the audio and windowing packages listed in the README first.

~/code
# clone it
$ git clone https://github.com/pablozr/cloudrs
$ cd cloudrs

# run the desktop app
$ cargo run -p cloudrs
